Nathaniel W. Boughton
Nathaniel W. Boughton is an award-winning author, executive coach and management consultant. He has been
interviewed on CNBC and has spoken at both national and international conferences on Coaching, Performance
Metrics, and Organizational Development and Training.
Nat Boughton is the President of the Performance Consulting Group, a management consulting organization
that focuses on aligning organizational development strategies to business results. His clients read like
a who's who of business, and include GE Capital, Merrill Lynch, Turner Broadcasting, Swiss Army, Oppenheimer
Funds, Progress Software and Sonic Software.
Throughout his career Nat has taken pride in the success his company has achieved through consulting. The
key to this success has been his skill at striking a balance between identifying and assessing individual
and organizational gaps and determining the right mix of resources. The next step is to successfully execute
and deliver customized value-added strategies to dramatically increase business results through one-on-one
executive coaching, performance metrics or organizational development and training.
His first book, Stop Managing, Start Coaching!, was selected as one of the top 30 business books by
Soundview Executive Book Summary. Mr. Boughton's second book, The Performance Challenge, for which he
was interviewed on CNBC Power Lunch, has been widely used as the building block for change in organizational
structure for a variety of companies in all industries.
Mr. Boughton started his business career as a first-quintile producer for Merrill Lynch. He then transitioned
from sales to heading a training department for another financial institution before getting involved in
consulting with William M. Mercer. He has a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication.
Loren Tucker
Loren Tucker is an executive coach and strategic analyst. She has developed her coaching methodology
over the past 20 years working hands on as a leader in the financial services industry. Ms. Tucker
uses her analytical skills to strategically identify and create opportunities for growth and
performance of companies and individuals.
Prior to working with the Performance Consulting Group, Loren held several dynamic positions in the
financial services industry. Most recently, she used her talents at Mid-States Corporate Federal
Credit Union in the Product and Strategies Group and served as executive director for the company's
broker/dealer, MSIS. She also served as vice president of Georgia Central Credit Union leading
investment services, business development, portfolio management, and risk management areas.
During her career, Loren also held senior positions with Wheat First Butcher Singer and Kidder
Peabody & Company, Inc., where she specialized in fixed income securities working with institutional
clients.
Loren holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Texas A&M
University.
Activities she shares with her three daughters and husband include hiking, camping, canoeing, alpine
skiing, and snowshoeing. She is renewed by her volunteer work for the girl's ski team and school.
Peter J. Blazek
Peter J. Blazek is a consulting professional and executive coach. He has spoken at national and international
conferences on topics such as Organizational Development, Coaching, Leadership, and Performance Management.
Pete has been in the consulting industry for 15 years. He previously worked for premier management
consulting firms such as Booz Allen & Hamilton prior to joining the Performance Consulting Group as Managing
Principal.
Pete graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial
Management. He later received his Master of Science degree in Management from the DuPree College of
Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Pete excelled in football while at Georgia Tech,
played with the Seattle Seahawks, and was a graduate assistant football coach.
Pete has two children, A.J. and Hannah. He stays active coaching their athletic endeavors, playing tennis,
fishing, traveling, scuba diving and with GT Alumni activities.
